AMESBURY Town secured their first three points of the new Wessex Premier campaign when beating Brockenhurst 2-1 on Tuesday evening.

Harry Beckley and Cameron Roach were on target for the hosts with Matthew Casey netting for the visitors.

A crowd of 32 were at Bonneymead Park.

The Blues, who earned a trip to AFC Portchester in the next round of the FA Cup on Saturday when seeing off Eversley & California 4-0, visit Petersfield Town this weekend then host Shaftesbury on Tuesday.
