The Salisbury side batted first after winning the toss, making 237 all out. Ian Holland's 103 and Tom Cowley's 50 providing the bulk of their runs as Babu Veettil, 3-50, and Glyn Treagus, 3-27 and Matt Hooper, 3-47, bagged three wickets apiece.

Andover recovered from 37-2 and then 44-4 largely thanks to Chamika Kurunaratne, who remained 61 not out at the close. Andover were all out in the 45th over for 165.

The victory - their seventh from nine matches, along with Bashley's defeat at Havant, allowed South Wilts to return to the summit.
