SALISBURY FC take on Highworth Town on Wednesday (March 8) looking to secure a place in the final of this season's Wiltshire County FA Senior Cup.

The competition's other semi-final - involving Calne Town and Swindon Supermarine - is also being held on Wednesday - both at neutral venues.

The Whites' tie is at Melksham Town's ground with Chippenham Town hosting the other.

Salisbury's route to the last four started with an 8-0 win away at Pewsey Vale, before beating city neighbours Bemerton Heath Harlequins 3-2 at Old Sarum. Another home derby saw them defeat Amesbury Town 2-1 at the quarter-final stage.

Highworth saw off both Bradford Town and Westbury United with 2-0 scorelines after being granted a walkover against Shrewton United in the opening round.

Both semi-final ties kick off at 7.45pm.
