FORMER Godolphin School deputy head girl Hannah Bray represented Team England at this summer's Lacrosse World Championships in Edinburgh.

Hannah, who was recently invited to join the England Academy, received a special mention at the tournament for her strength and speed after helping England win bronze.

Another Godolphin old girl was also busy at the tournament - former lacrosse coach at the school, Storm Trentham, received the Heart of Lacrosse award for her commitment and passion for the sport. Storm is coach of the Welsh team.

Canada ultimately won gold with the USA taking silver.
